We currently ship via UPS only. On rare occasions, you may receive your shipments from FedEx. We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
The Return Policy
Defective Parts: 180 Day industry leading warranty
Ordered Incorrectly: This means you ordered a part, never installed it on the equipment and want to return for credit. As long as the part is not used and in resaleable condition, feel free to send your part back within 1 year from your purchase date.
Special Order Parts: Once you order, a parts specialist will let you know that this is a special order part and cannot be returned.
Do NOT return parts without authorization! Email us your order #, what part #(s) you would like us to return and wait for authorization by
a parts specialist so our returns department knows it’s on the way. Otherwise, you risk having it lost in translation and unable to be credit back to your account.
