Email us at for instructions on how to return product. You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. 24/7 Restaurant Parts will not accept any returns without prior approval or consent, which will be given or withheld at 24/7 Restaurant Part's discretion.
A restocking fee will apply for most returns. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.
Most parts carry an industry leading 6 month warranty unless otherwise stated. If a part is defective on install or defective within the 6 month period, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim. You must provide model #, serial #, equipment address, date part was installed, date part failed and any necessary information we'll need to process the claim with the manufacturer of the actual part.
